Urban & Real Estate Development
In the last 16 years, the founding partner Julio Sánchez has worked in Costa Rica as a developer and manager of real estate projects in the Central Pacific aimed mainly at the upper-middle class US population, as well as Social Welfare projects for the Costa Rican population.
He founded El Rincón Inmobiliaria in 2013 from which he has developed projects in Playa Bejuco and Playa Jacó.
His knowledge of the Central Pacific area, his inclination for market analysis and research have allowed him to implement projects that promote the development of the area, offering creative real estate solutions with an architectural design according to the needs of a tropical climate.
Julio has an MBA and Master in Urban and Real Estate Management, Laval University, Canada and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Lead Architect
Viviana has led the architecture management of El Rincón Inmobiliaria since 2017.
Viviana stands out for her impeccable and detailed work. She is an enthusiast for challenges, always in constant search for improvement and growth.
She has comprehensive experience in design, modeling, rendering and plans, as well as fieldwork in the construction process.
She graduated from TEC University, Costa Rica with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. She has trainings in modeling, project management and real estate appraisals. Responsible, dynamic and creative, Viviana leads Morpho's team of architects. Her initiative and her ability to work as a team make her ideal to achieve objectives and goals set by any project.
